About a year ago, my family and I took a mini vacation to Orlando, Florida. The Cabana Bay Beach Resort at Universal Studios had recently opened by then, so we took the adventure to stay in. I love themed parks so for that reason I really liked this hotel which has a retro-theme.
The first thing that I really liked was the decor, it's modern but the atmosphere will transport you back in time. Lots of vibrant colors, vintage prints and 50s-60s music everywhere. It also includes early park admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and free shuttle bus service that take you to the parks all day long, so you don't have to worry about transportation whatsoever if you just want to stay at Universal.
They also have so much things to do at the hotel, like a bowling alley, game room, gym and a fun poolside that includes a sandy beach, a lazy river and water slides. The dining areas were great as well. The food court has different options for every taste and there's a Starbucks at the lobby too.
We had an amazing time, beautiful hotel, great service and most definitely lots of fun.

Hace un año atrás, mi familia y yo hicimos unas pequeñas vacaciones a Orlando, Florida. Para ese entonces el Cabana Bay Beach Resort en Universal Studios había recientemente inaugurado, así que nos tomamos la aventura de quedarnos allí. Me fascinan los parques temáticos, por eso amé este hotel el cual tiene un tema retro.
Lo primero que me encantó fue su decoración, es muy moderno pero su atmósfera te transportará en el tiempo. Colores brillantes, estampados de época y música de los 50 y 60 por todas partes. También incluye admisión temprana al parque de Wizarding World of Harry Potter y transportación gratuita el cual te lleva a los parques durante todo el día, así que no te debes preocupar por transportación en lo absoluto si te quisieras quedar en las áreas de Universal.
También tienen muchas cosas para hacer en el hotel, como una bolera, un cuarto de juegos, gimnasio y un área súper divertidas de piscina que cuenta con una playa con arena, un pequeño río y toboganes de agua. Las zonas de comidas fueron estupendas al igual. El comedor central tiene muchas alternativas para cada gusto y también hay un Starbucks en el "lobby".
Tuvimos un tiempo increíble, hermoso hotel y sin duda alguna mucha diversión.
